Are you emotional eating? If you are not addressing, the emotions in you, then every strategy to lose weight is not going to be very effective.

One of the questions I often get is if the work I do helps with weight management especially weight loss. My usual answer is that it does indirectly because most of us put on weight because 

  • We emotional eat
  • We lack motivation in life
  • We lack perseverance
  • We have water retention
  • We have poor self image etc

This sharing from one of my energetic cage release client demonstrates how her emotional eating is now under control after doing energetic cage release. What’s interesting during conversation with her was that she also help she didn’t need to put on so much make up after doing the energetic cage release.
