From Restless Mind to Pure Bliss: My Journey with MediNation

I attended the MediNation session with plenty of mind chatter, shifting between wanting to watch tv, scrolling through social media, iterating 10+ possibilities for my next meal, recalling past and future events, and everything in between. I was feeling very lethargic after only having 4 hours sleep the previous night. I was feeling so exhausted, all I wanted was to sleep, but the mind chatters was telling me endless stories and adding unlimited items to my to-do list.

Upon joining MediNation, I managed to focus on my breathing, allowing myself to slow down and started noting my thoughts. Almost instantly, it quiet down. The group energy was so positive, despite feeling all that I was, not only did I managed to slow down the thoughts, I went very quickly into a deep meditative state, something that would usually take me longer on my own.

I continued in my meditative state after the session ended, and took a short walk in the park after. Not only was I much calmer, I felt extremely rested, similar to a 10hr good night sleep. Intuitive messages started dropping in naturally, allowing me to continue my day with so much productiveness and pure bliss! Also I completely forgotten my 10+ options for food and zero-ed my sugar cravings.

I used to think I don’t have enough time. Via MediNation, my time expands. I also have (had) an old tape in my mind that I’d naturally eat much more with lessen sleep. Super thankful that now I know I can also manage my eating habits via a good quality meditation. Thank you Dhennver & Hui Ling for creating such a flourishing inclusive space for all. Looking forward to joining more sessions 🙂
